I'm a Computer Engineer so I take CSC and EE classes and I would say that Electrical Engineering is probably a much harder major. The classes have homework that is nearly impossible without a solutions manual and lectures are usually accompanied by a lab that has equally difficult prelabs, along with writing up a lab report each week.
