Boil Over has been a shit perk basically forever. There are a lot of perks like this in DBD, and the idea of buffing weak perks to make them playable and diversify the meta is great. The way in which Boil Over has been changed is not. It has not added to the interaction in the game - it hasn't added any back and forth between survivor and killer.75% is pretty big though. 75% increased wiggle speed is good but Boil Over only increases the struggle effect.
