Hello Pearl, my Chrysler Pacifica 2017 won't start. A week ago it told us the start/stop was unavailable. That was not an issue for us. Today I went to start it and electrical turns on but the engine doesn't turn over. The brake is now stiff and it says service shifter. Mechanic's Assistant: Does the engine spark at all?
